OUR POLICY

Prices quoted are for one-day rental unless otherwise noted. Long-term rates are available. Reservations require a deposit of 25% of total fee paid in advance. Rental rates are for time out on rental, whether the item is used or not. Cancellations within 30 days prior to event are subject to a loss of deposit.

Delivery is available at an additional fee approximately $5 per mile from our location to the event. Special conditions, such as upstairs, downstairs, or long driveways are subject to a 10% minimum additional charge. Damp linens should be air dried to prevent mildew. Set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs is an additional charge.

Responsibility of equipment remains with the renter from time of delivery until time of return. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will be made for missing items, misused equipment, breakage or damaged linens.
